Terms of Service/Usage Terms

You are NOT allowed to:

• You are NOT allowed to use any voice's renders or data to train a Diff-SVC voice.Recreation of the voices in Diff-SVC is prohibited.
• Use these voicebanks to represent a character that it is not, it must remain recognized as the characters they are either by being named within the credits somewhere, or with the design shown in the online posts. They may represent 'characters' in songs but the use of the UTAU voice must be clearly stated somewhere.
• Commercial use (monetizing anything related to the VBs
• Hate speech, slander, political statements
• redistribute an altered version of the voice bank (including an adjusted oto). If you have made a signifigant change that you think could be released as a bug fix, please contact the author (details under contact below).

You ARE allowed to:

• Create fan content surrounding the characters (comics, art, cosplay, etc)
• Create 18+/sexual works containing the characters (so long as the characters themselves are over 18) whether its art, songs, etc.
• Alter the oto.ini file to your liking
• Allowed to use rendered audio as a source to inference for another unrelated Diff-SVC voice.
